We are looking for motivated, capable women in transition seeking the kind of life change our program can provide. If you have a strong interest in baking and are looking for a career change, please apply to our program. We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis.

WHAT WE DO

The Floured Apron program is a ten-week training program designed to prepare participants for employment in the culinary field. Our training program includes:

  • Proper food safety and sanitation processes and ServSafe certification
  • Customer service best practices
  • Recipe measurements and development
  • General baking and cake decorating techniques

HOW IT WORKS

Our program operates from 9:30am – 2:30pm five days a week. We offer monthly transportation passes, the chance to earn a stipend through paid production of our products, a healthy lunch every day, and the opportunity to learn about the culinary industry in a hands-on environment.
